Around ATC Merkur
These circuits of 15.5 and 27.5 km lead over level terrain on asphalt surfaces and field trails. Short sections of the route follow a busy international highway, so be very careful there. The route is well marked throughout, and there is an information panel with map and route diagram. We recommend trekking and mountain bikes for this trail.

It goes around the Betlém swamp with its stands of reed and willow, around the remnants of the natural floodplain forest near the confluence of the Jihlava and Svratka Rivers, to the Strachotínský Pond. The large circuit continues along the bank of the upper reservoir, over the Dunajovický creek and the irrigation statin, to Brod nad Dyjí. Here you can take a side trip to nearby Drnholce, a village with a Renaissance chateau, Baroque church, and 16th-century town hall.
